I’ve recently been gifted a Reverso by the missus (classic medium small seconds) and I’m curious about getting it engraved.

It’s the first watch I’ve ever owned that I know I’ll never sell, so I’ve never actually had anything engraved before.

I know that JLC’s hand engraving / coloured enamel work can take months, and cost as much as the watch itself, so I’m interested in colour laser engraving as an alternative.

As such I have two questions:

- Has anyone here had experience with colour laser engraving? Some of the examples I’ve seen online don’t look too convincing. The colours don’t “pop”...I’m keen to hear if it looks better in the metal.

- Does anyone have anyone they’d recommend? Ideally in or around London.

Thanks! Here’s a pic of the watch:
