    Thanks for the info all.

Have just ordered a model D for delivery next week. Going to have to definitely sell my Specialized eMTB for space reasons now!

Loving mine - still have it set-up inside the house. Doesn't look great there, but it does mean that it gets used.

Watching a couple of videos on the Concept site made me realise that my technique was a bit wrong so trying to re-learn. Feel a lot better since getting one and using it. Even a 10 minute row taking it easy really gets me awake and more energetic. Not cheap, but well worth it.

Once I've re-learnt the technique I'll start to vary the workouts.

Basic error in the technique was that I wasn't leaning back after the drive with the legs...i was keeping my back straight. Trying to put the lean back into the movement meant that I really feel my core working.

Anyone have any technique tips then do share...

Ah this app looks excellent, as do the streamed youtube rows. thanks for the info.

Managed to sell my eMTB so now have the space available to leave it setup in the garage. Its being despatched tomorrow so looking forward to getting into this properly as opposed to occasional use in the gym

If you're after a concept, I'd suggest signing up to the waiting list.

I'm so pleased I got one. Interesting learning how to row properly after years of just going for it in the gym (and now realising why I didn't enjoy it)
