I don’t know what the issue is and it’s none of my business but if there are problem gambling issues involved also look at Gamstop if you haven’t already done so. It’s the national self exclusion scheme for online gambling operators.

Is this to stop specific people from gambling, or to prevent all access on the device? My reason for asking is that certain banks (Lloyds does) will let you lock down your debit card on their banking app to prevent gambling purchases.

Depending on your ISP there might be settings to block all gambling websites. We are on TalkTalk and they have something, called HomeSafe (or similar, I don't recall exactly). But that won't stop access via your mobile phone service.

Check the payout percentage and payout rate, whether the games are compatible with your devices, and your internet connection speed. Research which sites are the best on the internet by reading and seeing if there are positive or negative comments from other players.
