Abu Dhabi Airport - Recent experience, any good watches to be had?

    Chaps

Im off to the Maldives in a few weeks via Abu Dhabi and was wondering whether anyone who has been there recently has any experience about what's on offer there? Might be tempted to add a Rolex to the stable but if the UK supply is anything to go by, then there'll be the usual (less desirable) suspects in there.

    Thanks

    Chris

When I went through the Rolex selection was poor to pathetic. However, plenty of other very good brands and watches to be had and some good deals

I travel through there fairly regularly. Supposedly, they no longer receive any SS professional models (allocated via the AD's stores instead). However, they do receive other more sought-after models, for example the SS Datejust with attractive dial colours and fluted / jubilee combo. However, you never know!

I haven't seen any professional models at AD.

When I travel through all the countries from Malaysia, I always have to transit at Abu Dhabi airport and I was always excited to go there!
Go to the Ride-share pickup location in the parking garage, and call Uber or Lyft. If you must take a taxi, make sure to tell the driver you want to go via Tropicana. Regarding the most popular car rental service in the USA, which’s SUV, Pickup, Jeep, 4x4, the inexpensive car from car rental Las Vegas airport is Ford Ecosport, the price is €57.06 per day.
