Personally I would love one - got quite a few people waiting on one at the moment so I'll have to wait.

I like the fact it's quirky - a bit like me (before anyone else says it!!)

It’s available in AD windows. Not hard to find...

    These are growing on me.
I have yet to see one in the metal but I could see me buying one to try it out.

Hmmm... I seem to be inexplicably drawn to the strange looking thing.

Strange was the reason I went for it, Tony. Glad I did.

I also am drawn to its quirkiness.

Similar to my feelings about the Ploprof.

I'll put my neck in the guillotine: Is there a bracelet that would fit this piece?

They refused to let me in the shop last time
Must be too scruffy or look like an armed robber (likely both to be honest)
Kingston is not a million miles away so might head down there at the weekend for mooch

The bezel clamps can't be removed so it'll never look 'normal'.

Couple of pics on the bracelet to illustrate the different look compared to the hybrid.

    Wow looks great on bracelet.

Was looking at one in am AD a couple of weeks ago. They are rare and strange which is probably a good thing. Something different for sure.

It is very different that's for sure. I tried one on a few weeks back.
If you have a small wrist it maybe way too big across the lugs.
It looks much better on the bracelet that's for sure.

Sorry, but these are only rare because they have taken ages to start delivering them and they are doing so slowly to manage the "waiting list".
When they released the BB GMT at the previous year's Baselworld, they were delivering them in June (I got one of the first, the first in Bristol) and they were still a waiting list item 18 months later.
With these, they released them, only starting delivering very late in the year (about 8-9 months after release, not 3) and they are already available, only 3-4 months later, without waiting at all.
So Tudor have manufactured a "waiting list" which they could have removed immediately.
For rarity read "lack of popularity".

The bezel lock is a solution to a problem no-one had, the lug to lug is too long, the extra links make it look very ugly indeed on anything other than the bracelet, as the contrasting finish of a strap happens too far from the rest of the watch to make any sense.
I grant you, the crown positiion is interesting, and the dial looks absolutely lovely, but that only serves to remind us of what a golden opportunity they shot in the foot.

Personally, I am waiting for someone to mod one by removing the bezel lock altogether and using the lug holes for springbars to attach a strap to. That really would be funny.

    Dave

Agree with all of the above. It will probably be worth 20k in 10-15 years!

I saw one yesterday in Vienna and it didn't disappoint. I have been a fan since its release. However it was on at 4800 euro. What is the UK list price on these??

£3k and they are starting to appear in windows now.

It is an interesting and unusual look on the wrist which for me is a good thing in a large rotation but certainly the locking bezel shoulders are an extremely polarising design feature.

I agree with the look of the hybrid strap being a peculiar choice by Tudor which is why I immediately experimented with a bracelet option and a Tropic to echo the look of the original prototype which this piece pays tribute to

I just saw David Beckham wearing one while attending his wife's fashion show. I know he is a Tudor ambassador, but it looks great on him and it really nails the vintage look without appearing to try too hard

What bracelet is that? A standard tudor black bay bracelet? Or generic?

    It's aftermarket, I don't think Tudor do a flat end 20mm bracelet.
