Shout out to Mallorys of Bath

Since I bought my Omega a couple of years back I've lost about 3 stone and the bracelet was, quite frankly, hanging off me. I could have taken a screwdriver to it myself, but didn't fancy scratching it to be honest.

Anyway, today the Mrs. wanted to go to Bath and as I knew Mallorys was there, I thought I'd drop in and see if they could do it for me.

Not only did they drop what they were doing and do it for me there and then, they refused to take a penny for it. They didn't even ask if I'd bought it from them (I didn't).

So a big shout out for their customer service, something like that makes you come back. Good work, fellas.
