I wonder why it looks so bubbly/poorly applied around the bezel? That to me would suggest it's aftermarket, but perhaps it's just old?
Hi Seikoholics!
Does anybody know more about 6139-8030t pvd models, saw one with nice dark dial and blue chapter ring and one with nice gold/champagne dial as in photo?
(can't find any info on web...)

The glass is replaced (NOS from Japan) and I think beacuse the crystal sits high on this model it is probably light distortion. Bracelet is also aftermarket but I would wear this on leather (so not an issue)
Seiko always surprises me with models I have never seen...like these 6139 pvd's

Actually Seiko made the pvd coating like this (not smooth like Citizen, don'tknow why...), but only made two models, quite rare, black/blue dial and this champagne/golden dial which is even rarer...
Model ref. is 6139-8010 (8030t is dial)

A nice rarity.
Never seen one in a PVD finish before but they were certainly a factory option....
Cheers,
Neil.
Yes, I found only one black-blue dial combo with champagne dial even rarer so I guess it was a lucky late saturday punch...
One link on youtube, you can see how the watch looks in person, 41.5mm but L2L is only 42 so this wears great:
