I purchased Creed Irish Tweed twice from Perfume Click
The first time was fine.
The second time the product was not fit for purpose.
It dated from 2017. It was old and tired. The fragrance was spent.
I sought a refund through PayPal. Perfume click initially said they would provide a refund.
This offer was subsequently withdrawn because I didn't have the original packing. PayPal (another rubbish company) then refused my claim.
I am now €224 out of pocket. Perfume Click didn't even offer to return the rubbish Creed.
I wouldn't go near Perfume Click again. It is far safer to purchase on the high street.

Yes. Not sure why they would want to resell rubbish Creed. I initially couldn’t send it back because you can’t send cologne internationally. I pointed this out and they gave me an Irish address. I sent this tracked. In the meantime PayPal dispute ticked over. Looks like they told PayPal I never sent it. PayPal took them at their word because they don’t care. Ruled against me on this basis. Two rubbish companies that I will never use again

I would be back into PayPal, if you have tracking then that should also be proof of delivery which is what they require.
This smells a bit fishy...
