    Seiko Limited Edition SBSA037 - 1000 pcs

Not sure what to make of this. Only 1000 pieces so seems decent value at $usd 470. Bit too much going on though - kinda like a kid threw a colour palette at it

    By crikey - that's a love/hate watch.
I don't love it but I reckon they'll find 1000 people who do.

That would leave 900 still on the shelves

Looks like something made from the parts bin in the dark....

The bezel would be very confusing to use given it being the same market at 12 and 6.

And the turquoise dial blob at 9 - any ideas?

And the white blobs 3 seconds after the primary markers?

That's just odd and not at all desirable. And that's coming from someone who likes the unusual.

Not sure what the bezel insert markers are all about, but I'm sure there will be a market for it, there usually is with Seiko.

It is a Manga collaboration though so it was never going to be subtle.
I think this is the first of eight so there could be better/worse to come...

US$470 - I would think that it will sell out quickly

not sure what it's about - they seems to have thrown everything at it - but it looks interesting and it's all about "fashion" anyway

This new black trio are a lot nicer. Also rumours of a cheaper 6105 as well which would be really nice to see. So there are some nice releases, but still a few dogs dinners in between!

Hideous watch, I haven`t seen such a contrasting mix of colours since I had a fell hard on my head as a kid and ended up with concussion......literally seeing coloured stars before my eyes! Some would say I haven`t been the same since.

    Seriously, it's a mess.

They look good but are probably impractical to wear.

I've found Sumo's always uncomfortable. In terms of styling I think the MarineMaster looks pretty good. Shame I also find the MM300 a bit uncomfortable as well.

I've got kinda addicted to black watches - I immensely enjoy my Titanium DLC G-shock. And quoting some style guru, black never really goes out of fashion

Slightly OT, but have you seen this one? https://forum.tz-uk.com/showthread.p...=1#post5037535 post #43 - possibly the only DLC 'traditional' watch that I've ever gawped at.

I prefer the Girard Perragaux in ceramic. Though that AP isn't bad at all - https://forum.tz-uk.com/showthread.p...=1#post5266318

I love both that red and the pink Seikos. I need to go and sit in a dark room for a while and contemplate what the hell is wrong with me.
