Unboxing of new arrival (marmite content)

DHL tracking said by the end of the day, but thankfully a knock on the door at 9.30

    Opened the DHL box!

    Removed the sleeve

    Hmm..,

    Very high quality packaging

    What is hiding under there??

Reassured the warranty card is present

    It’s a square one!!

    Set the time and date

    Yes, it’s “pottery”!

All the goodies present and correct!

    Yay!!

I’ve wanted one of f these for years. Finally!

Not everyone’s cup of tea, but with a Sub, Speedy Explorer II and Aerospace in the stable, it’s nice to have something unique.

Big thanks to verv for “enabling” and to watchesworld uk for great service.

    I’m utterly delighted :)

    Dave

I think it looks great. Im not brave enough to get a ceramic case though, just incase I drop it on to a hard surface...

I'm surprised to find that it looks great on your wrist. The dimensions are perfect for you.

I was unsure about these but I'm quite impressed.

    Congrats.

I have a feeble wrist, and usually would have a normal watch of 36mm, and a sports watch at 40mm. The B&R is 42mm, but has short lugs and sits flat, so IMHO fits well. For reference I find my Speedy Pro too big, but not the 43mm Aerospace Evo.

Nice to see a full unboxing.

Didn't think I was going to like it from the early pics, but then I got to the wrist pic - looks to be a very good/comfortable fit and looks very nice indeed. Enjoy.
    Best Regards - Peter

I'd hate to be with you when you're on your own.

It looks a bit odd when looking at it but looks so damn good on the wrist. Very nice! I like the fact that the screws match.

Of course they are bolts that look like screws. The Royal Oak does the same trick
