    Seamaster Service Help Please

Can any of you good guys point me in the direction or recommend somewhere/somebody for a basic service please. It's a Seamaster (Pre co-axial) and was perfect until a few weeks back, now gaining 3 mins per 24 hours.
Hasn't been serviced for the last 5 years.

    Cheers peeps.

Simon Freese would be my recommendation, after the work he did on my speedmaster.

    Hi peeps.

Maybe it’s just got magnetised? That should be a 5min fix for any competent watchmaker not a service - even try an Omega boutique with an on premise watchmaker (like Bond St - London)?

Good advice from Martyn I think.
If you do go down the service route though try swisstimeservices. I have used them three times, great service and reasonable prices. My daughter’s Seamaster was returned in an Omega pouch with a 12 month warranty card.

I’m taking a very limited amount of work on at the moment owing to other demands on my time, but I could service this one provided no refinishing work is involved, that’s too time-consuming. I’ve serviced lots of ETA 2892s, v. straightforward provided no- one’s monkeyed with them previously.

It’s possible the watch has been magnetised, if so it may be a quick fix plus regulation.

    PM me if interested.

I can attest to the quality of Paul's work, he did a lovely job on my 2254 last year.
