    Belstaff Trialmaster Boots issue

I bought some Belstaff Trialmaster boots about 14 months back. I barely wore them. I went to put them on and when I pulled the zip up it broke in my hand.

Is it worth contacting Belstaff? I was thinking about selling them because I never wear them. Good job I didn't.

The reviews of their boots look pretty bad, quite a few I can find mention this zips coming off - who makes them?

I must have been lucky then because I’ve worn mine a lot over the last 12 months without any issues.

I would certainly be contacting them.

    Definitely contact them.
They will be making a HUGE margin on those, so can well afford to replace.
Belstaff are of average quality, but charge a premium by trading on the heritage of a long established name.
