Late 70's issue, from my stepdad's Sargent's dress uniform
He was going to give it to me, but it was a Smith's and he didn't know who they were, so I told him to hang onto it because it might be more valuable than he thought (he effectively thought it was worthless junk).
Just to be clear, I know these aren't especially high value, and I know the 40's RAF and Field watches are top of the tree.
Any info folks?

theirs a difference between issued watches,watches worn on duty bought from the NAAFI by yourself or watches presented to you.
