Classic!
The Apollo 13 launch was just brilliant when I saw it at the cinema. The music really built up the suspense. Great movie:

Same film, but for me the final scene is perfection:

.. and...

and just about every other scene.

The twist dance scene in Pulp Fiction
^^^ this ^^^ But especially the openings scene. What's even more brilliant: the opening in the diner isn't really the start of the story!
We had the sound track on CD and on a holiday trip to France, we did a detour through Luxembourg City. With the windows down and the car stereo on 10, the text of this scene followed by Dick Dale and the Del Tones turned heads!
The scene in the Matrix where Neo and the chick storm the building and it’s a balletic hyper kinetic gun fight.

No mention of 'the landing' in Saving Private Ryan so I'm going for that.
The most impactful cinematic sequence I've ever seen... especially if you get a chance to see it on the big screen.

Final fight scene from Last Of The Mohicans is worthy of a mention.
'Hammer' fight scene from original Oldboy
The cranberry juice scene in the departed.
Also give a score to the aforementioned dusk til dawn "thsts what I call a f**kin show!!“ scene.
Best scene involving marionette puppetry ...
"Ya gave up on life, din' ya?"

Another favourite of mine, Colour Sergeant Bourne tells it like it is...........
Started out with nothing. Still have most of it left.
"Life's like a chocholate box....
Never know what you're gonna get"
Forrest Gump
Many scenes in “The World’s Fastest Indian”, the story of Burt Munro, played by Anthony Hopkins are my favourites.
The opening scenes testing his Scout in the early hours, his arrival at Bonneville for the first time and the exhilaration of “One good run”. I’ve experienced all this myself and the film captures those moments perfectly.
Favourite comic scene - maybe Donald Sutherland as “Oddball”, eating cheese, drinking wine, catching rays - “Why aren’t you helping fix it (the tank)?” “I don’t know how they work, I just drive them”. Another scene from my life!
Rollie Free’s description of Burt Munro’s Indian being about as stable as his first wife is another favourite, particularly as they are eating in the long-gone Mexican diner we used to hang out in at Bonneville.
Favourite dream sequence? Always liked the phantom squadron sequence in Porco Rosso borrowed from Roald Dahl.

A childhood favourite of mine, John Wayne in the searchers.
Started out with nothing. Still have most of it left.
Alec Baldwin's speech to rally the troops in Glengarry Glen Ross is a standout for me.
"Put that coffee down! Coffee's for closers only."
Not sure I have a favourite, but I’ve never once not laughed in anticipation of this line delivery from the legend Lesley Neilson:

The end sequence of Godfather Part II
The Waco Kid
The opening scene of Blade Runner
Children of Men opening scene
Die Hard With A Vengeance opening scene
Bricktop
Blood Diamond
Sorry, Hope I haven't been greedy.
Another great Kelly’s Hero’s scene is when Oddball is chastising the Tank driver for having ‘Negative waves’ about the bridge being down. it cuts to the view of the bridge through binoculars and Oddball says “bridge is up” the tank crew all have massive grins, but then a plane bombs the bridge. Oddball looks through the binoculars again and say “no it ain’t” edit another Oddball moment is when Clint Eastwood asks him who all the people are he replies “the band”
I also like the final scene in The Professionals (the cowboy film). The baddie looks at Lee Marvin and says “you bastard” Lee Marvin looks at him and says “yep... by birth, but you Sir are a self made man”
Lee Marvin also has a few great scenes in The Big Red One, one where he walks around with the little boy on his shoulders and he can’t bring himself to put him down when the little boy dies. And the last scene when he stabs the German after the ceasefire, when he finds out the war is over he does all he can to save the Germans life, something he didn’t do at the end of the First World War. The Big Red one is an under rated war film.
lots of good ones already posted

Beach Landing in Saving Private Ryan must be right up there, along with "Do you feel lucky?" from Dirty Harry.

Some fantastic clips so far. Something from me a little light hearted; John Candy and Steve Martin in Planes, Trains and Automobiles.

Started out with nothing. Still have most of it left.
I was thinking about Tombstone as it's got loads of great scenes... or Heat but they've both been mentioned so I'm going for this.
I love the film, I love the actor and this quote just sums up 2020.
