I had the chance of handling Moritz Grossman 2 months ago (well not Moritz himself but his watches). Superb watches with a lot of artisan skill behind the construction

An amazing and very German focused collection. I’ve always loved the blue dialled GO PanoReserve. Horologically impressive, and a refreshing antidote to current obsessions.

It’s nice to see something different for a change.
Very nice collection. I like the Dornbluth (I would, I have one) The Glashutte and the MG collection. Something about MG watches, very simple design but its the workmanship that is put into it that stands out.

We share taste on many of the pieces. Very few in that collection that I would turn my nose up at.

I think they are at least as well made as the best of Glashütte -- and prefer them because I don't rate complications (except date and moon) as a "must have" in my little collection. The "pocket watch shrunk to wrist size" principle pleases me greatly.
AFAIK the only places to actually handle MGs in this country are at William and Son, and courtesy of the ever-enthusiastic Robin at Watchmakers' Club. Do you know of another possibility?
I doubt you'll regret it. One of my most worn watches.

Moritz died 1885, so probably not much pleasure to handle him these days (if it ever was).
They have an interesting range of watches, some of them a bit marmite. Some serious money being spend to build a brand, not sure this is really paying off for their backers.
@OP: nice and varied collection, certainly not too influenced by forum sentiment.
Someone who lies about the little things will lie about the big things too.
