If you do get it and don't bond I may very well be interested :)

Edit to add - I just remembered I did a thread about white dial sports watches a couple of years ago. I still have the Daytona, but the Sewills is now gone (very recently). Maybe of interest to some folk! https://forum.tz-uk.com/showthread.p...-sport-watches

    Thanks Ryan!
If available I think you should give it a try, seems easy to shift if it you don’t bond with it.

This arrived earlier this week and even if not truly white it can make the cut for this thread?

A white dial with a slight difference ....

A long term grail of mine, which I finally acquired a few months ago:

Orient J39701-70 with (a black and white depiction of) the 1985 Indy 500 logo:

Standard version - a NOS example, which I'd owned for a few years:

Certainly a bit different from the G’s. The Portugieser 7 Days was a bit of a grail for me in my early WIS days but hadn’t given it much thought for a long time when suddenly a trade deal opened up and I’m happy I got to try it out, this one being my favourite version of it as well.

The white dial Seamaster is a beaut. Would be even better on a strap.

I agree especially because the clasp on the Seamaster is absolutely massive. A door magnet! Well out of proportion, even if part of the reason was to allow micro adjustment it's just unwieldy. A nato however will look at home

(Congrats to Skyman as well on the purchase).

Ordered a rubber strap from the AD at the time of purchase. The bracelet is nice, but the clasp is rather oversized.

Seriously considering the new orange bezel planet ocean as my next purchase. Was it on the bracelet or nato? Dont suppose you got a wrist shot as struggling to find pics online. I'm yet to see one in the flesh and want to see how the orange actually looks. Love it from what i've seen so far but press shots can be misleading.

I saw it in the Omega boutique in Glasgow last Thursday. I have had both the orange bezel 2500 and 8500 and I much preferred those both in terms of colour. I thought the colour looked a bit strange but perhaps it was due to the lighting

The white dial IMO is without doubt my favourite. I have now got back in my possession the beautiful Omega Panda Speedy and I have also owned this Seiko panda.

I suppose it must mean something that while I've had many watches with light dials, the only survivor in my collection is not just light but white

Saw this in a thread last week and it was love at first sight. I’d been without a Seamaster for 2 months until I purchased on Monday.

I love that, I didn’t actually realise they had released the white dial Seamaster until three days ago as I was going through the Xmas Sale thread and looking at sale watches and I spotted this one (at full price) on one of the sites. I have a longtime white dial hole in my very small collection and not sure what to fill it with, had been kind of holding out for an old GS SBGF017 I think but this is now right up there (unfortunately at a lot more money though!). Congrats on the watch still.
