    The white dial thread

I have been infatuated by white dial watches this year. Picked up three during 2019.

Although the Globemaster is now gone

I've got two, although probably drifting more towards Cream or Ivory than White.

Red Alpinist with the Cream/White Dial from the mid 90s

And effectively the same watch from the SARB series 10 years later, the extremely rare SARB013

This is my favourite white dial watch but it is being sold on Saturday as i don't wear it much now my SD43/50 has finally arrived.

It would have been offered on the forum but the way Rolex threads are going i couldn't be bothered so off to Blowers.

The white dial Seamaster is a beaut. Would be even better on a strap.

I agree especially because the clasp on the Seamaster is absolutely massive. A door magnet! Well out of proportion, even if part of the reason was to allow micro adjustment it's just unwieldy. A nato however will look at home

(Congrats to Skyman as well on the purchase).

Ordered a rubber strap from the AD at the time of purchase. The bracelet is nice, but the clasp is rather oversized.

Have space in the box for 1 more piece and it will have a white dial....just not sure what? Advice is always good but it’s down to personal taste and I’m in no hurry.

Played with both the new white Dial Seamaster and the new white dial and orange bezel Planet Ocean today. Lordy me, Omega have smashed it out of the park with those 2. Objectively the Seamaster is the better buy but the Planet Ocean is so pretty.

Seriously considering the new orange bezel planet ocean as my next purchase. Was it on the bracelet or nato? Dont suppose you got a wrist shot as struggling to find pics online. I'm yet to see one in the flesh and want to see how the orange actually looks. Love it from what i've seen so far but press shots can be misleading.

At one point in the distant past my collection was all white dial. I have added and sold on a SS yachtmaster 2 which was a gorgeous watch. Also gone my first Rolex, a TT DJ 36mm TT with Roman, and a TT YM with white dial.
These 4 remain, albeit that the TAG and the Cartier are little worn.
