Another familiar name and face from my childhood television days sadly gone. RIP
Whole chunks of my life come under the heading "it seemed like a good idea at the time".
Another familiar name and face from my childhood television days sadly gone. RIP
Just saw that.
RIP Kenny.
Cheers,
Neil.
Was a popular face on TV when I was younger. Always seemed to be genuinely nice.
Started out with nothing. Still have most of it left.
I remember him on the Comedians, one of the ground breaking black comics of the 20th century. RIP
Same here, a guy that seemed to be the tele a lot when I was growing up in the 60s and 70s. A bit of an all round showman, sang a little, danced a little and told some jokes.
RIP Kenny
I had the pleasure of actually meeting him when my wife accidentally stood on his foot at the opening of Epping Forest Country Club nightclub in the early 90's.
He was a real down to earth gent and easy to talk to.
DLT was the opening 'compere' that night.
Super nice and funny guy

Lived local to me in Chelsea always used to see him about, usually with Harry Folwer sitting in the Bow tie cafe Chelsea manor street. Always time for chat and used to regularly tip his paper boys, a genuinely nice fella.
RIP Kenny, a top man, will remember him for his amazing vocals on the Small Faces hit sha la la le lee.
Sad to hear this, another bit of my childhood rubbed out.
Indeed... RIP...
For me will always be fond memories of
The Three Fivers... Brilliant
I remember him in Dr terror's house of horrors. RIP
