Any idea what Hammond is wearing in the new Grand Tour. Seaman show.

I thought he had a Polar Explorer on at the beginning, later on after they visited the market stall 'AD' it looked like a Richard Mille

He says it’s a Bell & Ross (that gets condensation)

You could be right. I don’t see James with a B&R but it could be wishful thinking

Thought the 42mm polar might have been a tad big for the hamster? Looking forward to watching the new series.

I think it was the earlier smaller model.

Hammond had a polar explorer initially. After they visited the watch emporium he had a Mille a-like.

Yep, after the fake watch bit he wore a 'Dick Mille'.

Imagine my disappointment that this thread is devoted to an utterly ephemeral old man in jeans, and not the celebrated clock-maker who invented the electric organ.

Clarkson was some sort of omega and then a gshock.
Hammond was a polar explorer and then a Rodger melly (for the man in telly) although at one point it looked like he had a Franck muller but I could be mistaken.
May. No idea what he had on first although I’m sure I’ve read something about it before. Then he had a bell and Ross.

I’m guessing the 2nd watches were fakes.
I was sad not to see hammonds tissot t-touch make an appearance.

I've often seen Mr May on Top Gear wearing a blue faced Seiko Kinetic (5M42-0G70). Like mine. But blue.

Just upping this having watched Hammond on his Big - Super Galaxy Plane program, on Discovery, which was very enjoyable.

But, I struggled to clock what Rolex he had. Definitely had a cyclops and PCL, but unsure if it was a SD43, or LN GMT

I would add grossly overpaid and hugely overrated. As are his two colleagues.

The probably walk into a luxury watch shop and pick what goes with their shirt on that day.

James May has a few old watches, including an Omega Chrono-Quartz.
