    Zenith Defy - quick wristie

Tried this on earlier this week, absolute cracker of a watch, very tempting

I have a seriously slender wrist but 41mm wears tremendously in my mind...

Had the strap on a bit tight here but very comfortable once I got right.

This looks a ceramic case, I tried the titanium case on last year and the quality was stunning!

Looks good on you. My favourite version of the Defy 3 hander.

Agree with the other poster it looks good on you.
I am seriously tempted by this ceramic version and have been thinking about buying one for a few months now but had no opportunity to try one on, I'm torn between the black or the white version.
I know you said slender, but what size wrists do you have?
I'm concerned that at 41mm it may be a little on the small side for me.

Yep, looked ideal with a waxed black jacket.

    6 1/4” wrists...

The Titanium one with the bracelet wore bigger/ had a bit more presence.

All much smaller than the Hublot’s in the case next door...

The blue ceramic was there, cool, but not something I’d be able to rock.

Readability didn’t strike me as an issue, but would like these to be a bit more of a sports watch, flip lock clasp, screw down crown, 200m WP...

Outside of that I’m thinking might have to bite the bullet.

That's great information, thanks very much.
Totally get where you are coming from on the sports watch comments, i have had similar thoughts. Beyond all those valid comments though I think the ceramic Defy is a fine choice and terrific value, I hope you decide to get it.

In the photo I find it hard to read the time easily. Nice looking watch though

Guys I think we have one of those young people on the Forum who don’t know how to read an analogue watch!

“...Well the big hand points to the minutes and the little hand points to the hours!”

By the way, I love my titanium version

What size wrist do you have because that looks ok. I’d consider it but have fairy small wrists.

Legibility isn’t much of a problem up close, the hands play with the light nicely, offering some contrast from the dial, so my perception was it’ll be perfectly readable.

Fairy small wrist here also - 6 1/4”

They wear well lug to lug isn’t too long, as they taper down the angular case works in your favour also

I have the defy 21 which I believe is the same case, for a large watch they wear very small. I wear mine every day and it is very comfortable. It has never been an issue telling the time with a quick glance.
