Thank you guys!!
Thank you. Yeah, that time-laps was a PITA to shot, because all the 5 hand positions had to give the exact reflection. Spend a hour just to get that right. But, it worked
In the Sotadic Zone, apparently.

Here some of mine. Hard to choose one.
A few (of many shot over the years) of mine. Sadly not my watch’s though!
Can't get within a mile of some of the skills on display ITT, but this is my favourite pic, of what's probably my fave ticker -

Yeah sure, ask anything you want. Every shot has a different approach, whether is a macro shot or a portrait shot or still image I do for a review. I always use some type of artificial light, like a static light bulb inside a huge lightbox to soften it, and natural light from a window. Tripod is a must. And for 90% of my shots I use a Canon 60mm macro f/2.8 lens. It really is versatile, has a great sharpness. But you can use any lens out there, as long as the light is good.
Choose a shot and I will be happy to describe how I did it.
Those are spectacular. What kind of gear are you using? Focus stacking I presume?
Yes I often stack with Helicon focus, anything from 2 to 20 shots depending on how close. Those are spectacular. What kind of gear are you using? Focus stacking I presume?
I use a camera with movements (Cambo Actus) which means I can place the plane of focus exactly where I want it. I always use flash so I can control the lighting, as these images are for repro you cannot have blown highlights which you usually always get with shiny surfaces so my lighting is tweaked to avoid that.
My top 2:
Hand held close up using cheapo macro tubes off Amazon.
This one's my favourite - Eddie's PRS-5. Fancy studio lighting? Nah.... took the middle glass shelf off the TV stand and balanced it on top of the wheely bin in the back yard! Got the angle right so you couldn't see the sky in the reflection.
Really nice photos, especially from Nono.
Sold this about a couple of years ago but remembered fondly
I can't decide between these 2

Well the first and third were done fairly similar. Studio enviroment, macro, lens very close to object, black background and done in fully dark room so no reflections whatsoever. The only light that comes into play is the LCD monitor with gray gradient background to lower the highlights to a minimum. The lume was "faked" with UV torch. Basically you charge the lume, set a little lower shutter speed to let that lume light on the senzor and this is what you get. Well, it's what you get in RAW, post production in Photoshop or Lightroom for added contrast, white balance or color correction, but very subtle. I like to keep it as clean as possible. The second shot was done on the Beach. So no artificial light, no UV torch, just a Marinemaster set on the beach an let the waves and sunset in the background do it's thing. As you can see, the water looks a bit fuzzy, I couldn't lower the shutter speed because the light was too low at that point, but it came out so so ok :)
Probably this one...

There are a couple of the TakeTime watch that I'm pleased with.
