Welcome...
Hello everyone,
I tried to register to TZ-UK a couple of times but only during the previous week I heard it is finally possible to enter this very special gentlemen watch-club. I have passion for watches since 2005 when I bought my first Omega piece. Until now, I managed to go through several different brands of watches and try many great timepieces.
I have made a picture of my collection last summer, so here I attach it. Currently it went through some minor changes, so I will give it a try to make a new, better picture of what I have at the moment. I hope I could somehow fit to this forum, even though my english is not as good as yours

Good evening to you. Welcome to the forum.
F.T.F.A.
And a warm welcome to you sir.
Stu.
hello
a warm welcome from Lee in the UK
A welcome to Central Europe, wherever that is. They will want the pictures up really soon!
Someone who lies about the little things will lie about the big things too.
Well, I travel a lot, mainly among Den Haag, Brussels, Luxembourg and Prague, so I decided to write down central Europe to include all of the places I live in :)
BTW I guess I should better use some picture hosting server to upload my pictures, since the attachment is limited to 50kB, right?
Hello and welcome!
Hello and welcome to the forum - looks like a nice collection. Would love to see a better picture of it.
As for the picture hosting, have a look at this. That should sort it out :)
I will try to explain my journey chronologically using some pictures.
As stated above, I started in 2005 with Omega Seamaster 2531.80.00. I still have these because it is simply my favourite timepiece. It already went through general maintenance, I have put on a new bezel and new bracelet, so this watch still looks like new
Welcome.
Looks like you already have quite a collection. Some more detailed pictures would be nice - am I spotting a JLC top left? The IWC is one of the nicest dress watches there is IMHO.
Welcome to a great forum!
“Don’t look back, you’re not heading that way.”
To continue, in 2009 I bought IWC Portuguese Chronograph. Although it was a very nice watch, after about a year and a half, I got a bit sick of the ETA movement so I git rid of it in 2011
In 2010 I decided to go a bit wild, so I got some Czech watches Prim Orlík - one is original from 1965 and one is a remake from 2010.
Then I needed some complicated watch so I got myself Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Moon. It is a lovely timepiece, sadly a bit too small (37mm diameter)
Afterwards I went into Rolex, first I tried Milgauss...
... but then I got rid of it and purchased Sea Dweller Deepsea
... followed by the new 116610LV
And in between I fell in love with tuning fork watches, so I had to buy also one Bulova (the blue one is mine)
Currently I am planning to try again some IWC, however with an inhouse calibre this time.
Well thats basically it about my watches. I look forward to get inspired on TZ-UK and to find out some more magical timepieces that remained hidded for me so far
Welcome onboard.
Welcome Jay-D... :)Originally Posted by Jay-D

Welcome to the forum. You've got some great watches there. :)
Very tasteful collection you have there. Thanks for the pics
Some nice pieces you have there and have had.
Welcome aboard, those Czech pieces look really interesting.
Love the 2531 - all time classic and one of my favourites. 8) 8) 8)
It's just a matter of time...
Welcome - you have tried quilte a fem watches , Nice:-)
Welcome, lovely JLC.
Thank you for the warm welcome. Yes, you are spotting the JLC correctly. It was indeed a luck for me to get it in such a great condition, since they are not produced anymore - they were recently replaced by the Master Calendar that does not have the classical design anymore.Originally Posted by J-OL
Thank you. I have a plenty of pictures. Here are some of them, just to see the difference between the two models. The recent model - limited edition of 45 pieces to celebrate the 45th anniversary was supposed to look as close as possible like the original. However, there is e.g. no incabloc on the balance wheel or the glass does not look exactly as the original from 1965.Originally Posted by AIDM
The original is cute, but one has to be quite carful to not break the strap which is made of PVC. It has a special radioactive color on the dial and hands that is still producing some light after those years, however it is not visible by the naked eye anymore. Well if there are anymore questions about Orlíks just feel free to ask  I didn't want to fill this topic with one type of watch only
Welcome to the forum - some very nice watches.
Hello and welcome. That's a lovely collection you have:)
Welcome aboard (from another newbie). AWESOME collection. Would love to see more of that DSSD - I'm a sucker for it.
Welcome aboard :)
Absolutely stunning - completely agree that they used to be better - these days there is something about the design... feels they are not made for 40 mm (the only new design master I would get is the chronograph)

Welcome...
Those Prim Orliks... are smoking hot. Wondering where they got the design from? Early straight lug SM300's perhaps;-)
Cheers

Nice collection. Nice write up too.
Authors of the watch got probably inspired by the Omega style back in the daysOriginally Posted by kox
Hi and welcome! Thanks for sharing the pics - super collection you have there.
Hey. Some nice watches you got there.
Hi and welcome to the fun!!
Hello & welcome aboard.
Lovely varied collection you have :) :thumbright:
Welcome ....and lovin those Prim Orliks....Gorgeous wonder are they ETA movements?
I suppose an introduction would be in order from me too :)
I'm a 34 year iold guy from Finland who is mostly into Tag Heuers.
I found the TZ forum via watchuseek, where I have been more or less active for a few years now.
I purchased my first "good" watch back in 2001 when I got the Tag Heuer "Bourne" Link.
In 2007 I purchased a Tag Heuer Carrera Calibre 16 chronograph for my 30th b-day,
which I had until recently.
For some reason the ND Sub has been ticking every now and then in the back of my mind, so now
that the "older style" case is going out, I though it was time to pull the trigger.
Sadly the Carrera got inline for funding the ND, so it was sold and the new ND got ordered last week.
So its Tag & Rolex together from here on :)
Welcome to the forum. Great to see that more and more european members are signing up to TZ-UK although I would expect some resistance to a change to TZ-EU without a referendum!
Welcome to the forum. I like those Prim Orliks too.
Welcome. Nice collection.
Love the Prim Orlik!
Hi and welcome to the form.
