    Grey suede straps

Can anyone recommend one of these, I like the look of the Rios Hudson style. There is always Bulang but they are pricey.

I am after something a bit chunky and 22mm preferably with a taper down to 20mm.

I bought one from gekotoa and thought it was good quality.
    It was 20-18 though

I could probably get away with 22-18

Swiss Ebay seller natos_ministry has them in light grey and dark grey. I have bought other straps from him and always found the quality good and delivery super-quick. 17 quid a pop plus 6 for postage.

I bought a Bulang grey suede and don't regret it. Thicker and more substantial and the quality and finish are superb.

Nomos are great, but being very supple and a bit on the thin side they feel unbalanced on a heavier watch head.

Take a look at Veblenist https://www.veblenist.com/

US based, so a bit more of a faff to order from, but I've bought a few of his straps and the quality is very good.

Thanks for the info, I am waiting to hear back from martu. If not I think I may be off to JPM/Bulang.

Thanks Matt, is the JPM worth the premium over the Rios?

Ended up taking a punt on a custom order from Martu.

I'd say so but it does also depend what you want from the strap. The Hudson will do a job on a nice watch whilst the JPM will really set a watch off and in some cases steal the limelight 😅

Good to hear you found a strap though, hope that works out!
