    G-Shock MOD models out in 2020

    G-Shock have announced a partnership with the MOD and HM Armed Forces.

    Quote “The first of a range of bespoke collaboration Master of G watches will be launch here in early 2020.”

    I worked for the MOD for 34 years, so if they do a model that runs late and has a crest of a brief case and a travel and subsistence claim form for on it, I'm up for one.

    The Civil Servants version will no doubt be a box set of three watches as they do everything in triplicate 😂

    It would be interesting to know how much the modern armed forces rely on a good wrist watch when on operations.

    I imagine they have access to lots of good tech/kit but when coordinating with other groups in the field all ranks would still need a good time keeper on their wrist when in a ditch in a field somewhere?
