    No more quartz?

    Hi all,
As I’m more and more disappointed by the reliability/accuracy of my automatic watches (perhaps my way of life) I just decided to get a quartz.
Of course I started with TimeFactors as Eddy’s baby are always in the vintage style and size that I love.
Disappointing, only the Precista PRS-10 is available. I was more on a diver or something like the Everest.
    What do you, guys, think?

You know what I'd really love right now ?

Something like this. They're not that common and definitely not cheap. :(

There's the Precista PRS-18 as well .... but a 36mm black dial quartz Everest would be a no-brainer purchase for me ...

You could try a WTB on here, PRS16Q's come up from time to time and they are great watches, mime isn't going anywhere.
Depending on your budget, there are lots of quartz divers about from the likes of Citizen. I also have a Longines HydroConquest quartz which is very well made and a great grab and go which gets worn in rotation with my automatics.

No love for the Precista Aerotimer PRS-45?

    Eddie's most recent quartz design.

    Wonderful watch, I think.

    Thanks for the answers.
I’m looking for a watch not bigger than 40mm and with a WR rating from 100m at least.

    39mm, very happy with mine

Scurfas also seem to be a popular choice

What do you think about the lum?
Is the bottom not to bulky for a good sit on the wrist?

Yes, I missed it. But day/date is a no go for me.
Happy to see that you’re in a better shape. Hope all is all right for you now.

I’ve been excited about this. Seems like the perfect companion to the PRS-10. Possible 2020 release?

As per the reports the lume is not the greatest but doesn’t concern me too much.

I have no issue with how it sits on the wrist, but fit is a personal thing.

I alternate between natos, MN, and a bracelet with a chevron on the way and find it fine on each.
