Blimey, not only was it the wrong knee, but they also removed his power to speak and left him speechless.

To be fair they operated on the correct knee but some of the components were incorrect.

I had an eye operation recently & even after the consultant drew a big arrow on my forehead there were five further checks on which eye was to be operated on.
