Similar thing happened to my son with the Pelagos I had bought him the previous year. The dealer sorted it out at no cost.
So just had an incident involving a slippery decking and a brick wall....
The tudor took the brunt and looks like it needs a new bezel and crystal, the scuff on the case will hopefully polish out....
What sort of damage am I looking at cost wise and I presume I can take to any old tudor dealer to have it sent away?
TIA!

Just ring Rolex at St. James's or HQ West Malling on Monday and I'm pretty sure they will give you a reasonable response to the damage incurred. Then it's up to you whether you go AD route or direct.
Thanks for the heads up, hoping it's not too expensive to put right :(
Phoned the AD, they will send it down and it will be taken care of as a service. They will then write a letter which I can present to my insurance company to cover the cost.
Of course they will shut over the winter so they quoted early March as a worst case before I may have it back :(
