Watch identification please.

First of all sorry for the bad pictures (not mine just been sent them) but a friend is clearing out her dad's flat after his death and has come across a couple of watches. Just wondering if anybody could identify the one below (think it's a Louis Bolle but can't find anything about it on the net). Any help would be much appreciated.

No idea about the 1st one - I'd guess a Chinese skeleton watch of some sort. The Breitling is a fake.
