I'm a carnivore through and through, and as a chef, dietary requirements are the bane of my life. But I will happily eat these sausages, I really enjoy them. I give them a minute in the microwave from frozen and then deep fry for a minute or two to give a bit of crunch and texture.
I doubt cote make their own,so also worth just asking what brand it is.
