Dear all,
I am interested in ordering a strap, on a specific shape (more like a triangular shape) and at an exotic leather for a watch of mine.
Although I can see online more or less what I describe it is impossible to find something that ticks all the boxes; thus, I though to search for a bespoke solution.
Any info with regards people/shops who might be able to carry out this work?
Thank you in advance for your time and effort,
Evangelos

Another possibility might be Pavstraps. I don't have a link but he's on Etsy. I believe he is a member here. His work is excellent.
I have a strap coming in a week or so from Pav. It will be my first but I've heard good things.
His Instagram is here if you want to see some examples - https://instagram.com/neptunestraps
Or at the higher end try https://www.abpconcept.paris/ or Camille Fournet. They do more exotic leathers, for which a CITES licence may be required and can cope with folded edges etc.
You also have Equus Leather - who match Camille Fournet at al in quality but are UK made.

I have a bespoke Dangerous9 strap and it is truly a work of art. The workmanship is amazing.

Stupidly expensive though and I have a strap from Steveo as per the above, which I am equally impressed with for different reasons.

Would and probably will, buy from both again. One when I’ve saved sufficient funds and another ‘keeper’ comes along, the other much sooner. Today even!

I would definitely recommend Pav had a couple off him excellent straps and great to work with!

If you’re going to order a custom strap then you need to be VERY clear about all aspects to avoid any kind of disappointment. I bought custom straps that I wanted to replicate straps for a 1940s watch and they were made with very thick leather in a Panerai style. Completely not what I wanted but I hadn’t specified the leather thickness so my fault...
Thank you guys, some info were very useful indeed!
I ended up ordering something from Jacob's, pretty standard no?
Need to revisit this post in a few weeks though, some of the links you posted have some hot leathers!
