Every single Bond watch to date!

This is an interesting video (if you're a Bond geek!)

    https://youtu.be/e1141hRSjas

Clips of every single Bond watch from Dr. No to present day, not just 007s, but other watches like Pussy Galore's GMT Master.

Interesting if you're a watch geek too!
Started out with nothing. Still have most of it left.

That was fun, thanks. Also check out the poster at the end of this article: http://www.007magazine.co.uk/news_omega_ohmss50.htm Showing all the "limited" edition Bond Omegas. Omega has made four in 2019 alone, which is pretty crazy considering there's no new movie out this year!

Missing or not, I found it thoroughly worth the 12 min.

Yes better to get something 95% right rather than not do it at all. Enjoyable and I didn’t realize there were so many Seiko models used through the 80s.

I can’t see the appeal of the Omega 007 watches. Reminds me of wearing a 007 branded Zeon when I was about 10.

Lots of effort put into that video...shame they made errors on the Timothy Dalton films.

Awesome, thanks for sharing that, enjoyed it. Brought back memories of watching those movies on bank holidays in the 80s & 90s :-)

Great fun and interesting too. The omega’s have certainly replaced the Rolexes over time in these films with a smattering of Seiko A’s in the middle.

I cannot get over how tiny the nato strap on Connery's Submariner in Goldfinger is!

Would I be right in saying that the watch was in fact Mr Broccoli's and they just needed to find a military strap and the 16mm is all they could find at short notice.
    Ready to be corrected.

I heard that it was one of the dive team for filming and Sean Connery asked if he could wear it.

    Thanks OP
    Throughly enjoyed watching the clip.
Like another member has already mentioned, it took me back in time to the Bank Holiday/Christmas "Big" film :-)

Compressed air if my memory serves correctly. Try at your own risk !

I'm guessing the Rolexes in the original films were like the Aston Martins - not product placement, just chosen as fitting the character.

Then product placement became a 'thing' and Seiko and Omega bought in (with quite some success in the latter's case), as did BMW and then Ford (who handily owned Aston Martin, bringing them back into the Bond films).

I've read something similar, seems as likely as anything. The only thing that speaks against it is that he seems to have kept his teeny tiny strap for Thunderball!
