It's the load rating of the tyre, basically it means how much weight it can support safely - the higher the number the greater the weight.
You'll be fine going from one to the other as per the ratings you've stated.
I've seen some toyo tyres for a good price but the ones on my car are 94 w and the toyos are 97 w what is the difference?

They’re load ratings, the ones on tyre are greater than yours so should be okay.

Black Circle Tyres. Select and order your tyres, they are delivered to a local fitter that you can choose, take your car and have them fitted. I've never found cheaper.
Just bought some "cold weather,(winter), tyres" online from a French site Pneus-online - I could not get the rear sizes/make that I wanted in the UK - really good prices and came from France in 7 days
cost me £50 to have them fitted and balanced at the local tyre fitter
Thanks for replys will it make a difference to the ride /handling?
