Show me your under £300 new watches

I haven’t been around the forum for a while. You could say this is my second watch life. So this time around, instead of aspiring to pre owned watches I can’t afford, which don’t come with warranties. I’m going to play safe and look at the more affordable end of the market. So can you show me what sub £300 watches have been good enough to make it into your collections please?

Quite a few, but this is one I particularly like:

Bought it in a sale in late June or July.

You can get this at all kinds of prices, all of which are under £300. I paid Amazon £108, but am not too sure what kind of warranty I got for so little money (I figured that Amazon Returns policy would be more useful than a warranty anyway) Well made case, solid bracelet, dial a bit more basic, but with excellent lume. It gets lots of wear. I think the ref is SNZG13K1.

A very busy part of the market! I'd guess that's where the majority of spend goes.
Click the Time Factors link to have a look at the offering there. Some great quality stuff.

Seiko are also worth checking out although their prices seem to be on an upward climb of late.

There is also a massive market of microbrand watches, many of which sell at around this price.

Code "extra20" and it goes down to £285. Has got to be the best watch you'll get for under £300 new and a no brainer.

    Hard to disagree with this.

As a side note, my local watch shop (in Ruislip Middlesex) will give you 20% off its Seiko range (along with everything else) if you mention you are a member here.

This one came in at under £200. I bought this as I liked the vintage look about it. Originally come's on a 22mm bracelet but I recently swapped it out for a Hirsch Camel grain and added a deployent clasps.

I quite like this Citizen Eco-Drive Chrono. Cost me around £150 new but it wasn't bought in the UK so may be more or less here:

A little over your budget, this manual wind Hamilton Khaki cost me £335 after discount. Works and feels like a much higher value watch. Don't think you can go wrong with this:

I suspect this might be a bit repetitive, with Timefactors and Seiko but a couple from me.

Paid fractionally over your notional £300 but worth it. Strap extra but the newer style bracelet is really nice anyway.

    Talking of which....

And the ubiquitous Seiko. Excuse the cake. It’s one of my other addictions

I really enjoy this end of the market and can’t say I blame you for taking your new approach.

Some good shouts so far. Especially Timefactors Prs45 Aerotimer.

Can anyone tell me if this Parnis is a rippoff (homage) of any other watch? As almost everything else on their website seems to be. It's an "Icon 03" and I quite like the look of it

Take a look at Spinnaker's Black Friday Sale - about 50 designs all below $200 (so <~£200 by the time you've paid import costs).

Not everyone's cuppa-T, but I love the Cahill I got for $149, and the build and attention to detail hit way above the price point -

Plenty of less "Marmite" colour options too!

    Locman Automatic Aviator.

Thought I'd try a relatively inexpensive watch that was different from 'plain' stainless steel. Cannot recall the price, but definitely less than £300. Rarely worn now, but still like it.
