Those sneaky guys are always on the hunt. Over the last 10 yrs. I've spent numerous hours on a RIB with a former Dutch Navy sub commander when coaching our kids in their optimists and lasers. Fantastic bloke, phlegmatic character and his one-liners are brilliant. I've heard fantastic stories.
I once asked him how he solved 'low morale' matters. His answer: "Dive and start hunting!" Secondly: "Select the best cook in the Navy for your sub!"
