I keep getting an option to buy VIP for 99p a month after 6 month free trial, as I’d purchased a version of the app before. So having previously purchased, I’m now able to join a monthly subscription for it instead...er no thanks.
Also, don’t make it seem like you’re doing me a favour & I can help to keep tapatalk ad free. Robbing swines.

I'm tempted as I've seemingly reached a hitherto unknown limit on the amount of files I can upload to Tapatalk (must be all those beer photos I keep posting!). Now when I submit a photo, the best quality I can use is 'medium', unless I upgrade to VIP. And medium quality is really not very good at all.

Were I regularly on 5+ forums a month, I'd possibly see the 99p as worth it. But, like others, I paid for the app previously.
I'd go £10 for a few years of VIP.

If PistonHeads were also compatible along with a couple of others, it might be worth it, but I only really use it for this & would rather just use the browser even if the interaction is less good.
Just feels a bit like they’re moving goal posts & will do so again. I appreciate everyone wants to commercialise things, but clearly the original business model was to sell the app, and now they are reselling as a subscription model.

I pay the 99p each month. Only use TZUK, can’t remember why I paid up now, probably to get rid of nagging advertising!
