What's a realistic discount on Tudor?

Specifically the Pelagos and the run-of-the-mill Black Bays, not the GMT or the 58?

Yes, I could ask a dealer, but my finger is hovering over the checkout button online at RRP and no ADs are open at half past midnight. Plus, even if they were open, I'd rather go prepared than make a cock of myself pushing for 20% if a realistic discount is precisely 0%.

Your very unlikely to get 20% off a Pelagos. I struggled to get any discount locally before i was lucky to get an amazing deal however some say 5-10% is achievable. Good luck.

It’s a Tudor, ask for a discount, I have spent a lot with my AD and got 15% off a 58

They will take a hit in their margin to shift watches, especially if it’s not a GMT or 58

Just buy grey and get 17% with no hassle.

I think at an ad you can call yourself lucky if you get 10%.

At a grey dealer 20% should be possible.

Which AD are you looking to buy from? I periodically get 20% off vouchers through work for a handful of jewellers.

Before I got my pelagos via SC, cheapest price is seen was via a grey dealer and it was around £2800 iirc. It was discussed on here somewhere. I'll search my history.
AD hadnt ruled out a discount but hadn't given me a price.

Just remembered, Beaverbrooks online do Tudor (although not the blue pelagos) and topcashback gives 10.5%. can't seem to find the discussion about grey dealers, but the price there was similar or slightly less I think.

Cool, good info chaps, thanks. I'll have a look around soon, armed and ready with the credit card and see what I can talk off.

I’m lucky enough to have access to a 20% voucher card from work at most high st chains, some exclusions inc Rolex, & Ltd Ed Omegas.

Managed to pick up BB58 for just over £2k making an already excellent VFM watch in to an EVFM.

Good luck OP. Reckon it all comes down to your bargaining tools.

I've just been informed that my 58, when I get it, will be £2720, up from £2600.

Seems to be an approx 5% increase on Tudor. Goldsmiths price reflected already, my local AD is honouring the price on on my watches on back order.

    Two increases this year.

Been told by Harrods if I can collect watch it’s the current price or it’s the new price. Just sending them payment by bank transfer and than I can collect watch later.

How long have you waited on the Harrods?

Price increase is now reflected on how the Tudor site seems to be across the range. I have a new bronze on route prior to increase.

was amazed to see a Black Bay advertised at 25% discount this week, was straight on the phone to snap it up, I think they had one black and one red . was too slow to get the black one but managed to secure the red one, can't wait to pick it up

Oh, this is a blast from the past. Well to put some closure to it, I think I got about 15-ish% without any pushing.

Burrell’s have had good discounts from time to time. At one point they had black bays 40 percent off. Ernest Jones have discounted them too . I have not seen a Pelagos ever discounted though
