Display back?

Hi folks

I have a few vintage watches with nice movements hidden behind snap on or screw on backs. Is it possible to buy a display back for an old watch if for example one finds the dimensions required? I have seen examples where a non display back has been cut out and glass inserted too but I’d prefer to swap and keep the original back if possible.

I assume this would have to be custom made...

Thanks, unfortunately not much out there unless you’ve got a speedmaster. May have to get one custom made!
