What's missing in my 'steel sports watches' box?

I've a Speedy, an El Primero and a B01 Navi. A 2254, the SMPc blue, and a blue Colt. There's also a GS quartz GMT SBGN001... and there's still one place in the box (I've also a 16600, but I decided that it's not for me after all). To the best of my good will, I've no clear idea what could round it up. So... what would you add in this box? First world problem, I know.

Btw, there's another box with the dress watches, so something dressy does not belong here.

    Thanks,
    Christian

I would suggest either a Ball Master Engineer II in green, or an Archimede bronze.

You never know, there may be one of each available on SC.

They're not all together right now, sorry. Though it would make sense visually to have them all in a box, minus one place

    Hi Christian

    Maybe...

A mechanical GMT eg Explorer II

Something sporty and square such as a Monaco, or a B&R

Something big, Panerai or IWC BP

I would have said a 16600 so curious to know why it doesn't hit the spot?

    Price is relevant.

A Non-date Sub would be great, or A SubC date.

You've already got the Breitling, 2254, SMPc, and Speedy covered, so not much else stands out apart from the 16600 as my all time favourite.

It might seem strange but I do like having a more expensive quartz, currently both the Breitling Evo Aerospace and Omega Skywalker X-33 fit that craving.

Other than that I've got into Tudor a lot more again, and have most of the Black Bay range. The GMT really is a very good, and much cheaper alternative to the Rolex, and I love the Harrods version and original Black Bay Bay ETA watches.
It's just a matter of time...

IWC Ingenieur, before they messed it up. That would cover the integrated bracelet angle too.

Many thanks for all the replies, and apologies for my absence, work and travel, travel and work these days.

I enjoy tritium tubes, but rather in Trasers. Ball overdoes it a bit, imo, of course.

Had the black dial Explorer, sold it last year. The polar would be interesting! Tried the Monaco, didn't click. B&R... hmmm. Their square diver is rather cool!

It IS a cool watch, but it's a bit small for its thickness, and I always have the feeling the glass is smudged or that there are too many reflexions.

Had a 14060M, sold it, as with the 16600, didn't quite enjoy it that much. Should have kept it, now I'd have been an almost rich man! :))
Had both the Aerospace (well, several) and the X33, I realised eventually that I enjoy ana-digi dials only in Casios.
Tried last week the Tudor GMT, lovely watch, but those slab sides are too much... And the 1958 is too small.

Was very close to buy it once, it's still an interesting proposition!

The new one not really, the previous model (tapestry/ guilloche dial?) is more attractive to me. But the prices got higher and higher as well, and am not sure whether it's not 'too much' for me.

Had the 176, in titanium, and decided that it's too big. The 512 however, that one could be really something.

If only they would make an EZM 3 with the crown on the right side (of course, then it would not be an EZM). Still, had two of them, and sold them both, just can't get used to the crown's position. Also had a 656, a 356 and an 156, sold all of them, but still think about the 356 once in a while.

Looking at my own replies, I realise that:
    1. I had too many watches.
    2. It's very difficult to find a watch where 'it all fits together'.
    3. I might as well enjoy another Sinn. They're fun watches :)

Jlc master compressor? Just got a dualmatic and it is a fantastic watch. Lovely build, unique design and very comfy to wear.
