    Gmt

Looking to purchase a Rolex gmt but can’t make my mind up about the colour of the gmt hand green or red
What does the forum think, the red is more iconic but the green well not so sure .

I prefer the red hand, the green one sort of blends into the dial IMO.

I suppose it’s individual taste so it’s got to be red for me

Probably red for me as the very first GMT Master had a red GMT hand in 1954. The green was only introduced with the 50th anniversary GMT Master in 2005 so not as much history.

However, the other distinctive thing with the anniversary watch/all black LN GMT, is the green coloured "GMT-MASTER II" text on the dial. The current SS ones are all white I believe.
