Gave a tour-de-force performance of naturalism in Jackie Brown. I also fondly remember him in The Black Hole.

Not sure If I know him, it was Lou Ferrigno that stated his passing.

Wondering why people with no interest in watches are on a watch forum?

If you watched the El Camino film, he was the vacuum cleaner guy.

He was amazingly vulnerable-cool in Jackie Brown, still my fave QT film.

Also on the reboot of twin peaks he filled a void from Michael Ontkean.

Always a name on a film credit list that made me think it must be worth watching.

Yes, Robert Forster was a veteran film and television actor for more than 50 years, and an Oscar Nominee. R.I.P.

He was the detective in one of my favourite guilty pleasures from the (very early, might actually have been 1980) eighties, Alligator!

As someone mentioned above, he brought a certain watchability to everything he played in. RIP.

No, he just has to let the world think that he is dead, until he can find a way to control the raging spirit that dwells within him.

Had me scratching my head for a moment too, but then I remembered him from the chick flick Ghosts of Girlfriends Past, where he played Sergeant Volkom. He was excellent in that kind of role, playing straight-laced military or police types. A much under-rated actor.
