Replace bezel insert on PRS18A help

I have a PRS18A
Anyone know of where I can get the bezel serviced?
Eddie sent me a new bezel insert - the original has the 12 Lume pip missing
Need that replaced
And secondly (least important) slight play in the bezel - where can I get this serviced?
(I’m in London)

Love the watch - it’s the ETA version.

Should be very easy to put the new insert in yourself and also tighten the bezel.

If the bezel is loose it is likely one (or more) of the teeth on the spring has sheered
I know as I replaced mine last week
PM your address and I will put one in the post to you.
I bought replacements from the original maker Fricker but they have a minimum order so I have 3 of them.
Once the bezel is off it’s child’s play to replace the spring and refit the bezel. Likewise removing the original insert and replacing it should be simple as they click in to the bezel.

Don't forget to fit the insert with the bezel fitted to the watch or it might not line up.

I should say thank you for pointing me in the direction of Fricker in the first place!
And yes you are correct it is better to aline the insert with the bezel once it is refitted.
