I think both do the RNVR colours
I have my ceramic no date sub on one of Eddie’s NATO’s, in RNVR colours which I really like, but it’s become frayed at the edges so I’d
I’d like a new one.
Any ideas where I might find one, maybe even a bit heavier weight than the TF one?

I really like the colours, the CWC one is similar but I prefer the TF one,for colours at least - the strap itself is a bit flimsy and is unraveling after only a few wears

Here are the tie designs for:
...and here is the RN NATO

And so I would expect a RNVR NATO to have the same colours but with a wavy line.
I believe that the colours of a 'true' Bond NATO derive from the ribbon of the Decoration for Officers of the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve
(VRD see wiki) and/or the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve Long Service and Good Conduct Medal (see wiki).
You are right, as an officer Bond would have been eligible for the VD rather than the LS & GC medal. The only question is whether he could have got in the 20 years of service necessary for the award. As I understand it he supposedly was a Lt in 1941 and rose to the rank of Cdr during the hostilities. After that...? His only decoration mentioned in fiction is the CMG.
I believe the Order of St Michael & St George is linked to the Foreign & Commonwealth Office. My inner schoolboy is chuckling at the idea of a naval officer with the letters "VD" after his name...
Does the canon suggest which branch Bond served in? In The World is Not Enough he appears in uniform, showing what look like SAS wings from their shape & position. I can't recall the ribbons (if any) on his jacket.
There can’t be much of a market for RNVR items these days as it was merged into the RNR in 1958. Any ex-RNVR personnel will be 80+ now.

This article suggests that they are SAS wings & that there are also FAA wings on the left sleeve that we missed...
