    Sorry....it's a what watch thread.

    Looking to the hive mind knowledge of TZ.

    Please could I get some suggestions for a watch at around £150 +/- a little.

    Ideally but not limited too
    Great for everyday wear
    Robust
    Not too weighty
    Very legible
    Can be digital or analogue mechanical or quartz
    New or used.

    TIA

    I prefer these to Seiko 007 personally and you can get one brand new near to your budget I think unless they went up now :

    Probably will be Seiko recommendation from me... May I ask;

    Sports watch (i.e. - diver SKX style) or more dressy SARB style ?

    For that price would have to be a used SKX007 I think. Or maybe a Seiko 5.
    Started out with nothing. Still have most of it left.

    Check out the Youtube channel "Just one more watch". He reviews lots of sub £500 watches.

    Thank you for the suggestions so far.

    No specific style....just need a few suggestions as a friend is trying to buy a gift.
