I was extolling the virtues of a holiday in Jordan to someone last week, remarkable place, so much more than just Petra to see (Jerash, being one place), but Petra alone would be worth the trip!
My wife and I agree (a pretty rare state of affairs) that it's one of the best holidays we've ever had.
Coincidentally, a colleague is there this week, but he's spending the week running more than a Marathon a day around Wadi Rum!!!!!
