    Any info on these watches?

These were my grand fathers watches passed onto my dad.

I have no information on them apart from being manual wind mechanisms.

My dad thinks they were Russian made?

Iím sure someone on here will know more?

Poljot were Russian made, Bentima Swiss as stated on the dial and always were Swiss made I think.

I don't think either have much monetary value.

Poljot de luxe is no later than 1975 - after then the production of both case and 2209 calibre was moved to the Luch factory. I believe that the font used on this dial possibly places it late Sixties rather than early seventies. Ranftt thinks very highly of the Poljot 2209 - thin but robust.

EDIT: just noticed the "automatic" - not quite what I thought it was, but similar. The WUS Russian forum has a phenomenal amount knowledge. Post this picture and you'll get told everything you need to know.

EDIT AGAIN: a watchmaker servicing one: https://watchguy.co.uk/service-repai...-calibre-2415/

Russian and Swiss. And perhaps with a little fettling, a new crystal maybe, nice pieces with a sentimental value.
Fast is fine, but accuracy is everything.
