I got sky fibre 80meg for £29 per month fixed for 2 years with no TV including phone and all calls.
Was an offer back in march I think
Our Virgin cable/broadband/TV/phone landline has crept up, increase by increase, to £91 a month. The broadband is fast - 100+ - double other providers', but I can live with 50.
Is there a provider who will take over the cable for a more reasonable price, please?

Sorry, I should have made it clearer.
I need broadband and TV.
There is no other cable provider is there? So pretty much stuck with Virgin.
There was a recent thread which would be worth a read but essentially you need to speak to retentions and if they won’t make an offer then cancel and wait for a call.
That's what I'd have said.
If you (OP) google "fastest broadband in my area" or similar, you'll see provider and comparison sites where you can check the maximum broadband speed at your property. Pretty sure 50 is doable on conventional broadband - in theory at least.
As for TV, might be worth looking at the options for buying separately (eg NowTV) if that increases the range of broadband providers.
This is the Martin Lewis site page on the subject:
