    Here we go again - need to set the Breitling B50 - HELP!!!

    Doesn’t matter what I read, try and find on you tube I can’t get the hands to synchro with the bloody time!

    I know to some it’s easy

    I need a complete dick head step by step guide - the manual just doesn’t help me at all

    Should it be so difficult?

    Any help greatly appreciated

    I’ve been at it for well over an hour having charged it last night as not been wearing

    Love the watch other than this bit!!!!

    It really depends on what your exact problem is.

    Are the hands stuck at 3:15? If so its 2 presses of the crown that return the hand to the current time.

    There is a way of getting the second hand aligned with digital display, but that’s more complex than I can do from memory!

    Pull out the crown when it’s showing TIME or UTC. Press the bottom right button to cycle through H M S and rotate the crown to adjust each as desired. The hands will move as you adjust the time.

    If you have the TIME and UTC set at different times the hands will show the TIME. Think of the UTC display as being a GMT hand but in digital form.

    Nooooooooo!!!!!!

    So I now have the correct time on digital (utc) but the hands are about 15 mins behind

    You’re meant to go into synchro but it just buggers it all up

    Were the hands 15 mins behind before?

    I have previously had to use one of the functions to align the second hand with the digital display. Maybe that works for the minute hand too. Is that the Synchro function?

    Just had a go on my B50.

    Go to Settings:
    - pull the crown and get the display to SYNCHRO;
    - press the top right pusher, it will then show 0700 on LCD;
    - press the bottom right pusher until it cycles to minutes on the LCD;
    - rotate the crown until the minute hand moves to 12;
    - if the hour hand moves to 8 you will need to press the bottom right pusher to get the LCD to flash/hour and adjust that.

    By going through the SYNCHRO process on my B50 just now I found that the minute hand was 30 seconds out!
