unless it has a perlon type buckle I suspect a cock up.
A little advise required please.
Just recieved a couple of straps from Cousins, both are nylon one piece, a Bond Nato and a Perlon.
Thing, is neither came with keepers.. What's that all about?
I can't see a way to wear them.. am I supposed to make my own keeper or just have the tail end flapping about like a fish??
Your help and/or advise would be greatly appreciated.

For the perlon, if it is a typical pass-through buckle, you could shorten the strap length by feeding more of the strap through the buckle so that it sized for your wrist leaving only a very short tail once fastened.
The NATO style straps sold under the "military range" by cousins come with no keeper- both bond style and perlon as you have found out.
It is probably a procurement mistake on their part because it makes no sense - if you buy these direct from China they all seem to come with a keeper.
Thanks for all the help and advice. Just had a look and Simon and Verv are correct. Thank you. :)
