Not bad but dare I mention the brand font is a complete spoiler for me personally. It just looks childish on a military looking watch IMO.

Looks nicce. Tempted by the C65 Sandhurst 38mm.

I don't normally like CW, but I like these, in fact at first glance I prefer them to Bremont's equivalent pieces.

Hmm. Not sure. If I wanted something RAF-ish would I spend 800 on one of these or a Gen 1? So want CW to do well as they're British, but I've yet to warm to one.

I don't follow the marque but am I right in thinking that is yet another Font and logo change? Hardly building the brand

That would my choice as well. I can't say I love the branding but I find it less annoying than other version of the CW logo.

What is the quality like of CW bracelets? And am I right in thinking you can normally get CW watches with a significant discount.

Always wait until the week leading up to fathers day. Often up to 50% off. Then there's a few other less predictable sales throughout the year to get rid of stock thsts not shifting and lines they are discontinuing.
Only a fool (which I was) would buy at full price, just to see resale value fall to less than 25% of original price, due to all the sales ruining the value of the brand. Such massive discounts make. The brand feel cheap and more like something you'd buy on a shopping channel, which is a pity as they quality is really quite high.

I wouldn't look at these over the Time Factors' equivalents.

Is Time Factors back to selling watches yet? The website still says orders are closed for a few weeks.

Well they got things right with the 38mm one!
I am uncomfortable with price though.
But then again I am poor.

I think they are quite nice actually; not sure if I would ever be tempted by one unless it was used at a very good price though.

Also, fair play to them for being completely open with the watches that they are getting design influences from. Each one in the description gives nods to either Omega, Smiths, IWC or JLC.

I do like the Senior Service Dartmouth offering.
41mm may be a tad large but I'm seriously considering one...

Still don't get this brand (not sure they do either, tbh). They seem as clueless as Bremont, just more affordable.

You hit the nail on the head. My feelings exactly.

Some of them are quite good looking and are well made. A colleague at work has a couple.

I just can’t get over their logo(s). Why on earth they didn’t come up with a simple logo years ago is beyond me.

If I was launching a brand I certainly wouldn’t be putting such a long name as “Christopher Ward” on such a small item.

I wouldn't say Bremont are clueless they are doing quite well sales wise.
