Maybe the Tudor connection has put them off.

Japanese team are sponsored by Citizen, but no other connections that I can see (and they don’t seem that fussed!)

I think your right... Tudor seems to have tied things up certainly the advertising.. Shame as a Seiko wc19 limited would have been one watch I'd buy, especially as a home nation have a good chance again at winning
